Couch to 5K: Week Five!

I did it. I finished week five!

If you're familiar with the Couch to 5K, you understand why this is such an accomplishment. Week five is the first week the workout change each day, and the last workout this week is the first where you don't walk! That''s right, I ran 20 minutes without stopping. It wasn't so bad until minute 16, then it was really hard... but I did it.

I had a real endorphin high this morning.

So here were the workouts for the week:
Day 1:
warm up walk, run 5 minutes, walk 3 min, run 5, walk 3, run 5

Day 2:
warm up walk, run 8 minutes, walk 5, run 8.

Day 3:
warm up walk, run 20 minutes.

I'll be starting week 6 Sunday!
