Couch to 5K: Week Six

Okay, so after I published week seven I went to link up to the Couch to 5K tab and discovered I didn't write a post after week six! So ignore the date!

Week six is behind me.

The big challenge of this week is that this was the very last week to have interval training. The workout for the week was as follows:

Day One: 5 minute warm-up walk, run 5 minutes, walk 3 minutes, run 8 minutes, walk 3 minutes, run 5

Day Two: 5 minute warm-up walk, run 10 minutes, walk 3 minutes, run 10 minutes

Day Three: 5 minute warm-up walk, run 22 minutes

I remember the second 8 min run on day one was hard. And I was intimidated by day three not just because of the solid running but because it kicked off the end; there will be no more intervals and from now on each week will just have one workout you repeat three times.
