Day 25: If you could have dinner with anyone in history, who would it be and what would you eat?
It would be Jesus. In someways I'm like "You'll have all eternity with Jesus, should you pick someone else?" but then I'll have all eternity to talk to many other people as well, and no one could beat Jesus. Plus, the point of this is that if the dinner was now you could leave the dinner with the wisdom you'd have garnered from the conversation. Surely that would have a direct impact on how I'd go forth from that dinner in the life here and now, and a positive one obviously. So I'd pick Jesus.
If I couldn't pick Jesus, I'd pick Paul because there's a lot of questions I have about some of the more mysterious of his writings. (But I could also just ask Jesus.)
As for what we'd eat, I'd let Jesus pick. If he deferred to me, I'd probably pick lasagna.
